In addition to the company's sales and support for North America, the company's Research center was established in 2016 in San Diego, CA as a Research & Development hub for artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies.[Job Summary]Our client is now hiring MES Engineer, who can manage customers technical requirements as wells as software architecture.[Job Description]- Develop Smart Factory solution for USA, Canada, Mexico, and South America customers.- Gather and document customer requirements as well as software architecture.- Provide exceptional customer service by providing professional technical services.- Become an expert on the company's inspection equipment and KSMART solution tools.- Attend trade shows to exhibit and demonstrate machines and/or KSMART tools as needed.- Serve as a helpdesk agent to answer questions/requests from customers.- Collaborate with sales and other staff on pre-sales activities, teleconferences, quotations, etc.- Report development, installation, training, evaluation, or any other service activities in the way thesupervisor requested.[Qualifications]- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or related.- 3+ years, strong programming skills in C#, C/C++, Java, SQL, Python, JavaScript.- 2+ years, Web Services, TCP/IP Communication, parsers, etc.- 2+ years, of advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux-based OS.- 1+ year, of experience in IPC-CFX, IPC-HERMES, SECS/GEM, iTAC, or any other standard preferred.- 1+ year, SPI and AOI programming, operation, and maintenance preferred.- Excellent verbal and written English level.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.- Problem-solving skills especially when faced with unexpected situations in the field.- An open mind and proactive attitude.- Good organizational, teamwork, administrative, and project management skills.- Strong mechanical aptitude, and detail-oriented.[What's On Offer]- Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance at NO employee premium (including dependent coverage)- 401(k) retirement plan (Immediately 100% vested)- Generous PTO and paid holidaysPowered by JazzHR
