Layout : 2BR, 2BA, full kitchen and fully furnished including 2 pull out couches with accommodations for 6/8 persons. All of this is directly overlooking the middle of the marina with a terrific second story view. By the way, the dates around week 44 is typically when the Special Events like Fantasy Fest week and the WORLD Powerboat Championships are held.... so... rental rates go even higher for these Special Events. The most recent rental rate for this unit/week "are starting at $7,250 weekly" ...as quoted by the Galleon Resort office. Why rent when you can own a great investment like this?
